How To Prepare for a QHHT® Session
The Session Overview

Pre-Session Interview:
Before our QHHT® session, take some time to prepare a list of questions that are important to you. These questions can cover various topics such as health, relationships, career, life purpose, past experiences, or anything else you feel is significant. During our initial interview, we’ll review your questions together and discuss them in detail. This conversation will give you the opportunity to express what matters most in your life.

The Session Process:
We begin the session with an induction, a technique developed by Dolores Cannon, to guide you into a deeply relaxed and receptive state. This process uses guided imagery and gentle relaxation to help you reach the deepest level of consciousness. In this relaxed state, you may experience one or more past lives, which will provide insight and messages that can be applied to your current life. We’ll then connect with your Subconscious (Higher Self) to receive healing and guidance tailored to your present-day challenges and growth.

Past Life Regression:
Typically, we will explore one past life during the session. We will work through significant moments of that life, exploring who you were, where you lived, and who was part of your experience. We’ll also look at the life’s conclusion to understand its lessons and how they may help you in your soul’s development today. Each past life offers valuable insights and the opportunity to release unresolved emotions, traumas, or patterns that are still affecting your present life.
Past life regression serves as a tool for healing by helping you uncover the root causes of recurring emotions, behaviors, and life patterns. It can provide you with the inspiration and clarity needed to move forward in your current journey.

Working with the Subconscious:
One of the most powerful aspects of the session is when we connect with your Subconscious mind. The Subconscious holds immense wisdom and is always available to support and guide you. It speaks to us through images, feelings, intuition, and sensations.
During this part of the session, we’ll ask your Subconscious for guidance and healing related to your current life. In many cases, powerful healing can take place, depending on your openness and the timing of your soul’s lessons. The Subconscious often works with White Light and high-vibrational healing energy to clear emotional or physical blockages. This healing energy may create sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of energy moving through the body, facilitating deep release and healing. Major shifts are possible, but the success of the process relies on your willingness to engage and allow the healing to unfold.
Conclusion and Integration:
At the end of the session, we take time to gently bring you back to full consciousness, allowing you to reorient yourself in the present moment. It’s often clear what steps you need to take after receiving the insights from your session, and together, we’ll review these revelations. You will have the space to process the experience, and we will discuss any recommendations or next steps that may have arisen during the session. This final part of the session helps you integrate the healing and guidance into your everyday life, so you can continue your journey with newfound clarity and strength.

Preparation
For your QHHT® session, simple preparation is all that’s needed. Avoid setting any specific expectations, and allow both your Higher Self and me to guide you through the experience. Try not to overanalyze or question the visuals, feelings, and insights that arise during the session. We'll take as much time as necessary on the day to ensure the highest good and healing for you.

If you'd like, feel free to bring a drink and a snack to keep yourself comfortable, though many clients find that the session passes quickly. The key is to relax, stay open, and trust the process as we embark on this transformative journey together.

You will receive a recorded copy of the session, which includes encoded frequencies that continue to support your healing even after the session ends. Listening to the recording can serve as a reminder of the profound insights and healing from your Higher Self each time you revisit it.

For the best experience, it's recommended to refrain from caffeine or stimulants on the day of your session. This helps deepen your ability to enter a relaxed, meditative state. QHHT sessions generally last 5-6 hours, so I suggest setting aside the entire day for this experience—this time is dedicated to you.

I encourage you to set an intention the night before. Let your Higher Self, soul, guides, or angels know that you're having a session and ask for it to be a beautiful and beneficial experience, knowing that whatever happens will be for your highest good.

Please also refrain from alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session.
On the morning of your session, limit your caffeine intake. If you normally drink coffee, consider having just one cup. However, if reducing caffeine causes discomfort, don’t worry—do what feels right for you.
Enjoy a healthy, light breakfast to ensure you feel comfortable but not overly full.
